Dr. Gershon Growe, respected Jewish lay educator, medical director of the BC branch of Canadian Blood Services, and a “David Suzuki Ambassador,” will introduce a discussion of environmentalism at VST’s monthly “Commons Hour” program from 12 – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 in the Chapel of the Epiphany. These discussions are interreligious and intercultural discussions about topics of concern to the community. This semester’s “Commons Hour” theme is the environment.
